What you will need(12 Pain au Chocolats):

Ingredients:


• 1/4 cup buter(unsalted)
• 4 cups AP flour
• 1.4 sugar
• 2 tsps salt
• 1 tbsp yeast
• 1 and 1/2 cups milk (whole)
• 4 ounce bar of chocolate (chopped)

Butter Layer:


• 1 and 1/2 cups butter
• 2 Tbsps AP flour

Egg Wash:


• 1 Large Egg
• 2 Tbsp milk(whole)
